BANGKOK, Dec 18 Asia Pulse - The political situation is set to become a key factor in Thailand's property market growth next year, according to a senior industry executive.
Jones Lang LaSalle (Thailand) president Supin Meechucheep said the property market in Bangkok this year remained more favourable than many expected, although the country's economy is still 'in tatters' due to the impacts of substantially increased oil prices, political uncertainties, and economic slowdown in the United States.
