A memoir by a former acolyte of Mother Teresa fetched between $1 million and $2 million this week in a blind bid auction. Spiegel & Grau, the new division of the Doubleday Broadway Publishing Group that has made some of the company's more high-profile acquisitions in the past year, won the rights.
