ATLANTA, Dec. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Visitors to the Great American Dessert Experience on April 7-8 at the Georgia International Convention Center will really smell the coffee as Zoka Coffee Roaster and Tea co. and Nuova Simonelli play a major role in the educational seminars at the nation's only exclusive dessert trade show. Zoka, an artisan coffee roaster based in Seattle, will present Cupping 101 as well as a number of other coffee related seminars. Nuova Simonelli is contributing the use of their top of the line espresso machines at these seminars.
