The Puerto Rican Bar Association of Florida, Inc., will hold its Fifth Annual Gala and Installation Dinner November 3 beginning at 7 p.m., at The Ritz Carlton in Coconut Grove.
Judge Maurice Ferre will be the evening's keynote speaker and will address the arguments for and against statehood for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. There will also be a tribute to law enforcement. Other confirmed guests include singer-songwriters Lisette and Willie Chirino. Lissette will be singing "La Borinquena" at the gala.
