WARSAW. DECEMBER 19. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Top refiner PKN Orlen's supervisory board is likely to see changes, according to business daily Gazeta Prawna. The paper reported that the company is due to call an AGM on February 7, 2008, during which nearly all members of the board will be replaced.
"The changes in the supervisory board and the company's management are expected by the market," DM PKO BP analyst Ludomir Zalewski wrote Wednesday. "The information will not affect share price."
