Veridiam Medical, a provider of assemblies, machined parts and metal tubular- components, recently acquired Point Technologies in La Aurora de Heredia, Costa Rica. Point Technologies is a full-service contract manufacturer serving the medical device, biotech and semiconductor wafer test industries. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
