INTRODUCTION
As the global warming issue becomes more serious, there is a growing demand for an air-Conditioning system that works more efficiently, trimming energy consumption in operation. In countries where an air-Conditioning system is operated under varying cooling loads throughout the year, a control system that can manage the air-Conditioning system, keeping optimal efficiency of the whole system for such a varying cooling load, is greatly needed.
