Alan Ginsberg, president of the Ulster Business Complex Realty Corporation, has announced an agreement to purchase 1.5 million square feet of space at IBM's Kingston, NY facility - located approximately half-way between New York City and Albany. The remaining one million square feet in the 2.5 million square-foot complex, which has been owned and occupied by IBM since 1955, will be purchased by the State of New York for consolidation of its computer operations.
