HE was gentle, kind and sensitive, a popular and bright student - with ambitions of becoming a lawyer.
But Ahmed Hassan's life was cut tragically short on Saturday while on a shopping trip to buy gifts for his family to celebrate the Muslim festival of Eid.
The 17-year-old Heckmondwike Grammar School pupil died after being stabbed in the back in an incident at Dewsbury railway station.
Two teenagers appeared at Dewsbury Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with his murder and were remanded in custody to appear at Leeds Crown Court today.
Ahmed's death has devastated his family.
