WESTMINSTER - Plans for a memorial garden and granite benches atop Academy Hill have been put on hold until town officials can agree on where they should go.
Selectmen met with the Westminster Historical Commission on Wednesday night to discuss the procedure for the placement of both gifts, which were offered to the town earlier this year.
