Kenneth Hood, Ph.D. 100, was the beloved husband of the late Lois (nee Frank); loving father of JoAnn (Ralph) Gould of Brookfield, Wis., and Charles (Dixie) Hood of Eureka, Mont.; cherished grandfather of Jon (Beth) Gould, Paul (Ethel) Gould, Kristin (Andrew) Seaborg, Shasta, and Joshua and Cody Hood; and great-grandfather of eight. Dr. Hood, college professor, agricultural leader and community activist died Dec. 15, 2007 at the Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights.
