The Appraisal Foundation culminated its 20-year anniversary celebrations with a reception in Washington, D.C., on November 10. Appraisal Institute officers who attended the event included President Terry Dunkin, MAI, SRA; President-Elect R. Wayne Pugh, MAI, and CEO Frederick Grubbe.
Formed in 1987 by eight valuation organizations to promote professionalism in appraising, The Appraisal Foundation now has more than 110 affiliate organizations, including professional societies representing appraisers and users of appraisal services, government agencies, corporations with an interest in valuation, and many organizations outside the United States.
