Campaigners fighting a massive housing development on the outskirts of Northampton say plans for a green strip between the new houses and existing properties do not go far enough to tackle their fears of being overlooked.
The Ensign Group has submitted plans to Daventry District Council outlining proposals to build 1,250 houses on fields at Whitehills.
Following concern from residents, the development, known as Buckton Fields, will now feature a 'green buffer zone' which the developers say will help protect people's privacy.
