It's not uncommon for people to stack their LCD monitors on cardboard boxes in order to create a more ergonomic working position.
We've done it, so it's interesting to see Viewsonic address this issue with a 22in monitor by sticking a seriously good stand on the VX2255. It has swivel, tilt and height adjustment. The height bit gives it an 8cm vertical extension so it towers above the rest.
