As new jersey strives to lower business costs in the state and nurture core industries, one of the most valuable assets it is drawing on is the goodwill of the chemical industry. The industry's verdict so far is that the Whitman administration's revival campaign is headed in the right direction but that there is a long way to go before recent losses are reversed.
