MUMBAI, Dec 27 Asia Pulse - Foreign fund Warburg Pincus International LLC on Wednesday increased its stake in auto ancillary firm Amtek India (BSE:532282) by picking up 2.79 per cent stake for Rs 591.5 million (US$15 million) through open market transactions.
Warburg Pincus acquired 2.9 million equity shares in Amtek India at Rs 203.98 each in a bulk deal on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
