Nothing undoes holiday cheer faster than the specter of toxicity in all those brightly wrapped toys. The beloved Cookie Monster, Thomas the Tank Engine and Diego have all been implicated in lead paint recalls. At the heart of this problem is cheaply made, cheaply produced and cheaply sold goods.
