This second issue in the two-part series on moral development focuses on the measurement of moral behavior and on predicting individual differences in moral development from a variety of factors, such as affective processes, cognitive processes, education, and contextual factors.
The importance of parents to the development of children's moral behavior is, in our view, unequivocal. The first issue in this series was devoted to research on parental socialization of children's moral emotions and behavior.
