Shirley Roth is determined to give meaning to her brother's life seven months after he was struck and killed by a pickup truck carrying farm equipment along U.S. 85 near Brighton.
Terry Ritchey, of Fort Lupton, was killed in April when the motorcycle he was riding was struck by a farm fertilizer applicator that sliced the top of his helmet and threw him into the path of an oncoming Graybar Electric truck.
Roth, of Fort Worth, Texas, is crying foul over Adams County District Attorney Don Quick's decision not to press any charges against the pickup driver who struck her brother.
