CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa, Sept. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors (Board) of IES Industries Inc. (NYSE: IES) has approved a number of restructuring activities to streamline operations and help position IES Industries to thrive in a competitive environment and continue to enhance the company's service to customers.
In particular, the Board endorsed the process redesign effort currently underway which will take several years to completely implement.
