HANOI, Dec 31 Asia Pulse - The Khanh Hoa Trade and Investment Co, a part of Thailand's Six Senses Corporation, is planning to build a five-star resort with a total investment capital of US$40 million, said the company's chairman and general director, Le Thi Thu Lan.

Ana Mandara Villas, covering an area of 20ha in Dong Anh District of Ha Noi city, is scheduled to be operational in 2010 on the occasion of the capital's 1,000th anniversary.
