Introduction
Cancer is a major health problem and to most of the public it is mysterious and frightening. Advanced cancer has a poor track record of cure. Along with referral to an oncologist, many persons with a medical diagnosis of malignancy request help from a naturopathic physician or other complementary/alternative medicine (CAM) practitioner.
