I worked at The Cincinnati Post in the late 1940s to 1950. My jobs were copy boy and newswire room clerk. I always enjoyed the time I was there and have fond memories of Mary Linn White, Mary Wood, Leo Hirtl and Si Cornell. Jimmy Adams and I were both copy boys; he later became a columnist.
Sports always interested me and especially the sports staff when I worked at The Post; men like Joe Aston (sports editor), Wally Forste, Joe Quinn and Ben Dahlman, ...
