THIS year there are lots of bands bubbling away under the surface in Liverpool ready to take the world by storm.
In 2008 I predict there will be some arrivals that will dominate the charts and make their mark on the nationalmusic scene.
First up, The Rascals look set for great things. The Wirral trio, signed to Liverpool label Deltasonic, will be bringing out their debut albumearly next year.
Not only is singer Miles Kane's voice amazing but he's armed with some brilliant songs with a turn of phrase that goes straight for the heart.
