You might as well wean yourself from your dangerous and, yes, stupid habit of text messaging while driving today because as of tomorrow, that nonsense will be illegal. Texting while driving will be a secondary violation, so if you're going the legal speed, are buckled up, etc., you might get away with it.
But if you're busted, you're looking at a $124 fine. If you cause an accident, you're looking at a $175 fine on top of whatever damages and injuries result from said accident.
Most of us tend to find a way to justify our reckless habits, and you might find stats showing that text messaging accounts ...
