To the Editor:
Your recent editorial which posed the question, "Why are chuka sticks illegal, but not AK-47 knockoff?" deserves an honest answer. The U.S. Constitution identifies the natural God-given right for every human being to protect themselves, their family, their home, neighbor and community. I hope that the editorial board at least agrees with this fundamental right.
The People's Militia is defined as all males at least 17 years of age who are not members of the National Guard or Naval Militia (Militia Act 1792). Members of the militia are obligated to provide their own arms. Writings by the founders state clearly that the militia shall be armed with ...
