ATLANTA, July 20 /PRNewswire/ -- National Data Corporation (NYSE: NDC), today announced a 38 percent growth in net income for the year ended May 31, 1995. Revenue grew by 17 percent.

Earnings totaled $15.4 million on revenue of $242 million. Earnings per share increased 32 percent to $.75 compared with $.57 the previous year. For the fourth quarter, net income totaled $4.9 million, an increase of 29 percent on 20 percent revenue growth over the comparable quarter last year. Earnings per share for the quarter totaled $.24 versus $.20 the previous year.
