The decision of the United States Supreme Court to review the District of Columbia case, which struck down the district's ban of private ownership of handguns, has set a course for high drama. There's a lot at stake on both sides of the gunownership issue, since the case also asserts that the Second Amendment provides for an individual right to keep and bear arms.
