A 26-YEAR-OLD Scarborough sportsman exposed himself to passers-by at his house window, a court heard.
Neil Heritage, of Prospect Road, admitted indecent exposure when he appeared before Scarborough Magistrates' Court, and was given a 24-month community order and ordered to take part in a sex offender treatment programme.
He was also placed on the sex offenders register for five years.
Heritage is a former barman and has played football, pool and darts for various teams in the town.
Magistrates heard how a woman and her 11-year-old child spotted Heritage performing an indecent act when passing his house on August 13.
