SOME Swedish winter magic has come to Loanhead into the lead up to Christmas.
IKEA, based at the Straiton Retail Park, is repeating its successful winter festival this year.
The Christmas celebrations got under way last week with activities taking place from 10am to 7pm daily. The festival continues until December 18.
The area, outside the store, has been transformed into a magical wonderland with fun for the whole family. Nestling in amongst the fun is an ice rink, which offers individual skating and group bookings as well as an "ice babies" programme especially for the under fives.
