SEOUL, Jan. 5 (Yonhap) -- South Korea's incoming government will help households cut communication expenses by 20 percent and revamp the country's information technology (IT) sector to better respond to industrial convergence, the presidential transition team said on Saturday. In a meeting to review policies being implemented by the Ministry of Information and Communication, power transfer team representatives made clear that wide-scale changes are being planned.
