RACE HORSE owners calling for a revamp of the Philippine Racing Commission (Philracom) hierarchy boycotted yesterday's scheduled races at the Santa Ana Park causing loss of revenue for the government.

In a press conference in Mandaluyong City yesterday, members of the Metropolitan Association of Race Horse Owners (MARHO), Philippine Thoroughbred Owners' and Breeders' Organization (Philtobo) and Klub Don Juan De Manila expressed their disgust against the policies and directives of the Philracom, chaired by Florencio Fianza.
