So-called superfoods such as blueberries, passion fruit and watercress, whicharepackedwithvitamins, antioxidants and other natural diseasefighting chemicals, are quiteeasy to grow at home.
Blueberries need acid soil and tend not to live long in pots, so instead make alittle raised bed to grow them in. Put some gravel in the bottom for drainageand fill it with ericaceous compost.
