BSP okays Digitel $ 31-M loan

The Monetary Board of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) approved Digitel Telecommunications Philippines Inc.'s (Digitel) $ 31 million loan from ING Bank. The loan will partially finance the telecom firm's GSM network expansion.
