PAN Telecom (PAN Wireless) was awarded a 10-year WiMAX network operating license by the National Communications Regulation Commission. By April 2008, the company would be able to use the spectrum in the 5.73GHz-5.76GHz band in as many as 27 regions in Ukraine. PAN Wireless needs to unveil services in all the 27 regions by August 2012.
