FOSTER CITY, Calif., July 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Morry Goldstein, CEO of Information Access Company, today announced two top management appointments for the Medford-based Information Access Center. Burt Totaro is named vice president and general manager of the Information Access Center. Bill Doctor is promoted to vice president and chief operating officer.
