Just in time for holiday shopping, Pharos has launched the Drive GPS 150 and Drive GPS 250, two portable navigation devices. Both have a SiRFStar III, 20-channel GPS receiver and feature turn-by-turn, voice-prompted directions, automatic route calculation, and text-to-speech. The Drive GPS 250's 4.3-inch touchscreen display is optimized for daylight and will automatically switch to night view after sunset.
