Washington Wizards forward/center Oleksiy Pecherov said Monday he felt ready to return from injury, and the Wizards might grant the 7-footer his wish come tomorrow at Atlanta.
"He might play - there is a good chance that he will - and maybe he won't play," Wizards coach Eddie Jordan said Tuesday. "We'll have to wait and see."
Pecherov, rehabbing a hairline fracture in his right ankle suffered Oct. 29, donned his Wizards uniform Tuesday for the first time in the regular season but never got off the bench in Washington's 92-84 loss to Houston.
