RACINE, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 25, 1995--At its meeting earlier today, the Board of Directors of Versa Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ/NMS:VRSA) declared an extra cash dividend of 35 cents per share.

The company will pay the special dividend on Aug. 15, 1995 to shareholders of record Aug. 4, 1995.
