From Pacific to pretzels: Cargill's California Sea Salt is a natural, good-tasting topping for pretzels and other snacks.

Cargill Foods-Salt Products introduced its new California Sea Salt For Pretzels product. The salt product is naturally produced from sea water from the California coast. The sea water is first extracted and placed in a concentration pond until it reaches near crystallization. It is then transferred to a crystallization pond where it is crystallized by the sun and wind.

When you think of seafood, what comes to mind? Shrimp? Red snapper? Trout almondine?

How about pretzels?
