SYDNEY, Jan 14 Asia Pulse - Australian energy company Sydney Gas Ltd (ASX:SGL) has named Andy Lukas as its new chief executive officer.
Mr Lukas has more than 30 years experience in the pipeline and drilling industry across the United States and South East Asia, Sydney Gas said.
Mr Lukas will resign from his position at AJ Lucas Group Ltd and has agreed to make available drilling and technical resources as required by Sydney Gas.
Sydney Gas said its agreement with Lucas ranged over four key points -- an upfront capital raising of $A20 million ($US17.74 million) via private placement to Lucas, provision of technical services by Lucas, incentives ...
