Siemens Home and Office Communication Devices (SHC) announced at the WiMAX 2007 conference in Munich its new and comprehensive portfolio of WiMAX subscriber devices, which will initially consist of two modems and two gateways. All devices are based on the standard IEEE 802.16-2005 and are fully compliant to Wave 2 certification, including MIMO (multiple-input, multiple-output) A and B and beamforming.
