Law firm Cobbetts is adopting the Pivotal CRM solution from CDC Software to improve its client understanding, streamline marketing activities and identified potential opportunities. Cobbetts is a top 50 practice, with 108 partners, which recently saw partner profits rise 26 per cent on fee income of #65m.
The practice believes its partner-managed client relationships are the driver of this success. By adopting Pivotal, it is seeking to get a more holistic view of these relationships by having activity, marketing and case information within a single system that will be used by its 680 employees in Birmingham, Leeds, London and Manchester.
