St. Louis-based Nestle Purina has signed an agreement with Ethical Products, Inc. to launch a line of pet accessories for dogs and cats. The product line, which includes leashes, collars, toys and feeding accessories, marks the debut of Nestle Purina's licensing program.

Company officials say pet owners will be able to turn to the Purina name for a complete pet care solution. The line will feature distinctive designs, packaging and merchandising, accompanied by Purina's red-and-white checkerboard logo.
