WASHINGTON - When talk turns to the expansion of apparel sourcing in the Caribbean these days, the potential of Cuba is getting increasing attention.
Once a free government is established there, Cuba could be poised to become an economic powerhouse that could rival Mexico in dominating the Caribbean and Central American region in textile and apparel investment, business and trade analysts predict.
