Arms dealer Nanda's petition referred to another SC Bench
New Delhi, Jan 15 (PTI) The Supreme Court today refused to pass any order on NRI arms dealer Suresh Nanda's plea seeking permission to go abroad and referred the matter back to the Bench which had earlier heard the matter related to alleged payment of kickbacks in the Barak missile deal.
A Bench comprising Justices P P Naolkar and L S Panta, after going through the previous orders passed by another Bench, said that the matter be heard by the same bench and posted the matter for further hearing on January 21.
