With the votes counted in Iowa, the search for meaning continues. The most significant result of Thursday's caucuses is their confirmation that this will be an unpredictable campaign. Even those who expected Sen. Barack Obama to win in Iowa could not have imagined he'd take the female vote over Sen. Hillary Clinton. Even the most optimistic supporters of former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee would have been reaching to predict a decisive 9-point Iowa victory against the deeply financed campaign of former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney.
