Trapped Inside the Story is a poignant and inspirational biography of Holocaust survivor Sonya Hebenstreit, a young girl living in Lvov, Poland, before and during World War II. In 1939, when the war began and the Polish army quickly surrendered, Lvov, in southeastern Poland, was divided, with the western half given to Germany and the eastern half awarded to Russia.
