Americans United for Separation of Church and State kicked off the celebration of its 60th anniversary with a gala reception Nov. 12 in Washington, D.C. Over 135 organizational leaders, chapter activists and friends of religious liberty gathered at the Washington Court Hotel on Capitol Hill to mark the beginning of AU's sixth decade of work defending separation of church and state.
