For International Automotive Components Group North America Inc., the Detroit auto show is an opportunity for the young multibillion-dollar supplier to raise its profile.
While the public part of the North American International Auto Show doesn't start until Saturday, press conferences began Sunday and are followed by several industry days.
On Wednesday, Dearborn-based IAC Group North America plans to give automotive journalists a tour of the show floor at Cobo Center and point out vehicles that feature interiors made by the company.
